I am a little late on blogging these but I still love them so much.

There’s something magical about stepping outside the studio and letting the sun take the lead. As a boudoir photographer, I love the intimacy and mood that comes with cozy, indoor sessions but when we take boudoir outdoors, everything shifts. Suddenly, it’s not just about shadows and soft sheets, it’s about golden light, fresh air, and the freedom that comes with nature.

From a creative standpoint, it’s incredible. I get to play with light, long shadows, and that dreamy glow of golden hour. The environment becomes part of the story. Whether it’s a quiet field, a rooftop drenched in sun, or even just a backyard with the perfect corner of light. Each outdoor boudoir session feels completely unique, because the sun and sky are never exactly the same twice. I can’t wait for creative fall sessions. It’s best to book them early because I only do a few each YEAR.

What I love most, though, is how my clients transform. There’s a special kind of confidence that comes from being outside, surrounded by nature and soaking up sunlight. It’s playful, freeing, and often feels more like an adventure than a photo session. Those candid smiles, the laughter, the moments of stillness under the warmth of the sun and that’s the magic I get to capture.
